I have been on a journey discovering tools to help others thrive. Learn how I got here.
I obtained my BA in Sociology and Anthropology at Skidmore College in 1996 and my MA in counseling with a concentration in Somatic Psychotherapy at CIIS in San Francisco in 2008. I worked at The Center for Somatic Psychotherapy, one of the only somatic based clinics in the USA. I was also an intern with The Alvarado School doing sand tray therapy with students.
In 2010 I obtained my MFT license in California and built a private practice in San Francisco centered around supporting individuals, children, adolescents and families. Most recently I established a private practice in Lewisburg, PA. I am passionate about strengthening relationships within and beyond families
I got certified to teach yoga in 2002 and have taught yoga, meditation and workshops of various topics over the years in San Francisco, Boston and Lewisburg.
I currently live in Lewisburg where I enjoy rock climbing and other outdoor adventures with my family.
